Nestled in Nordstadt, you're just a stone's throw from vibrant restaurant areas and only 100 metres from the tram stop-perfect for getting around without breaking a sweat after those long runs. The rooms are cozy, with satellite TV and a little fridge to stash post-run snacks. While breakfast wasn't on the hotel's menu, there's a fabulous pastry shop nearby that serves an amazing coffee-just the pick-me-up I needed before heading out to explore the Royal Gardens of Herrenhausen. One of the highlights was the free WiFi, which allowed me to catch up with friends back in Sydney while plotting our next marathon adventures. Oh, and the free parking was a big plus; I had a couple of friends with me, so having a secure spot for our rental car was super convenient. Hotel Charlton hit the sweet spot for what I wanted on this trip!
